Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p style='text-align:Center;'><span style='font-weight:bold;font-size:16pt'>NORTHSHORE HARBOR CENTER DISTRICT</span></p><p style='text-align:Center;'><span>This dataset contains polygons representing St. Tammany Parish Police Jury Ward 8 and Ward 9 Boundaries as set forth by the St. Tammany Parish Code of Ordinances.</span></p><p style='text-align:Center;'><span>This data is updated any time the Parish Council adopts an ordinance that affects the police jury ward boundaries.</span></p><p style='text-align:Center;'><span /><span /></p><p style='text-align:Center;'><span style='font-size:12pt'>There is hereby created the Harbor Center District. The district shall consist of the entire area within Ward Eight and Ward Nine of St. Tammany Parish, including any municipalities in those wards.</span></p><p style='text-align:Center;'><span style='font-size:12pt'>The district is created for the purposes set forth in R.S. 33:4575 through 4575.6, and shall be responsible for the acquisition, construction, development, maintenance, and operation of an events center and the programs and events undertaken therein.</span></p><p style='text-align:Center;margin:0 0 1 0;'><span /></p><p style='text-align:Center;margin:0 0 1 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;font-size:12pt'>Acts 1986, No. 685, §1, eff.
